At One Shot Miner, we stand by the quality of our high-performance mining hardware and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition. Please note that due to market volatility, specialized electronics may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Contact our technical support team via the portal with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your hardware in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and components, to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Hardware

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package through a tracked courier service to our designated inspection facility.

• 4.
  Verification & Refund

  Once our engineers verify the unit's serial number and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
